"This album was never released because the band broke up. There were times of putting it out, but with all our crazy schedules of being in other bands, touring, and producing we kinda just forgot about it.

This album really reflected the best and worst times for the three of us and now as much as we worked so hard on making this record, we can honestly say this was a learning experience and helped us grow into adults in the end. In the end, we are still friends, and believe it or not, if it wasn't for the three of us together during that time to help each other out, we probably wouldn't be in great standing...or even worse...

The album was named after the beginning of the speech where Edward VIII Abdicates the Throne (Read more about it here: www.historyplace.com/speeches/edward.htm). He made a decision over what most people didn't think he was going to do, and he did it for love. This album represents that for myself lyrically as the lyrics I wrote for this album were really special to me and my favorite lyrics I have ever written as a musician...even if I was in the darkest place in my life. (Lyrics will be included on each song info for iTunes)

Nevertheless, I hope you enjoyed this album as much as we loved creating it (in both the good and bad ways), and I hope you can see the massive amount of blood, sweat and tears we put into this. I also hope this album can give you a better understanding of what was going on at that time. Thanks to everyone for downloading and listening :)"

Song meanings:

The Lights At Ends of Tunnels: Written for one of my ex-girlfriends who had passed away with leukemia. One of the hardest things to witness and be around.

On The Next Degrassi, Part II: Written about finally putting realization on someone when you were too blind to understand what was right in front of you when you hit rock bottom.

Untitled: Written for someone who was bringing me down with her and the bad things she was involving herself in that I couldn't seem to get away from. This is letting that person know that you can't do it and that eventually your going to see it's going to hurt you in the end. "The waves are crashing down on you."

Vic Damone: Written for a friend who was born with a life threatening condition and had surpassed much longer than he was supposed to, until one day he was taken away from all his friends and family. Ben, you are still truly missed till this day and we all love you to death brother.

We want to thank everyone who was apart of the group, helped out in anyway possible through this crazy thing we called a band. We also want to apologize for some of our childish actions while the band was together and during the recording of this record. Regardless, we love everyone who was apart of this and we had a blast making this record. So thank you.
